A Bit About Me
As a 16 year old kid I used to be really skinny & lacked self confidence. I was desperate to find a solution to my problems. I tried literally everything to get bigger but nothing seemed to work. Until I met my mentor. He showed me the right way to train & eat. That’s where my bodybuilding journey began and it was LIFE-CHANGING. Through his training I discovered how this sport could make me become a better person not only physically but also mentally. It only took me a few months to quickly change my body and feel STRONGER. Bodybuilding has improved every aspect of my life. I was beginning to set a standard for my family and my friends so that their life could improve too. Seeing that I could inspire people to change their lives I decided to become a personal trainer. It’s been 10 years now that I’ve helped people not only become stronger but also not feeling ashamed when taking their shirts off, feel respected and more attractive.
