I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with a competitive sports background and a strong foundation in bodybuilding, strength and functional training. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney, further deepening my expertise in human movement and rehabilitation.
Having represented Singapore in international youth basketball competitions and led large-scale school-wide sports initiatives, I have developed the leadership, communication and performance mindset needed to support clients of all levels.
