I have been attending sessions with Trish for the last 2 years. Trish is always prepared with a new session everytime. The room is clean and set up for each session appropriately with everything we need. The sessions are always fun and adjusted to our individual needs. Trish is always on time and organised, welcoming and kind. I have recommended her services to many others. I have never met a trainer with the kindness and understanding Trish offers. She is always gentle and encouraging. I'm constantly impressed with the range of knowledge Trish has.

Trish is a caring and supportive person who has helped me to improved my health, fitness and mental health over the last few years. When I started her classes I was made to feel very welcome and the classes are tailored to everyone fitness . I love the variety of exercise, stretches, mindfulness and health tips that I have learnt , which I have incorporated into my daily life. I have also developed new friendships due to the loving atmosphere that Trish has in her studio.
