A Bit About Me
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 35 years. and now teach Pilates while working externally in women's health.
I offer a holistic approach to my classes, creating a safe space where people can have fun, improve their health and connect with one another.
I have a Master's Degree in Maternal-Child Health Systems and my thesis helped to spearhead a consumer engagement strategy for Women's Healthcare Australasia. External professional work includes:

- Co-founder of Lamaze Australia (NFP registered charity)
