A Bit About Me
Hi there, I've been involved in the Fitness Industry since 2005. Like many participants, I 'fell' into it as I loved doing Les Mills Classes (Body Pump. Body Vive and Body Balance) and also Aqua Aerobics. I initially did my Les Mills training because I had intended to get the teaching resources and do it myself at home, however ended up teaching and getting my Certificate 3 in Fitness (Gym Instructor) and then my Aqua specialisation. I've taught casual classes (both Land and Water-based) over the years at local gyms in Alice Springs. After having a break of a few years due to family commitments, it's good fun to start teaching again!
