A Bit About Me
For the past 11 years I have thoroughly enjoyed learning and teaching how to become stronger, fitter, healthier.
Training changed my life for the better, I want t do the same for everyone. I still have many of the same clients I started with and we have gone through many different types of training.
I have coached boxing, bodybuilding, Crossfit, gymnastics, Olympic lifting and now specialise in Powerlifting coaching.
I coach people all over the World online and I also compete and bring many of my clients up to competition level.
I love training people of all levels and believe in teaching good technique, then using evidence based methods to help them achieve their goals.
