A Bit About Me

I am an Ex- Australian Army Physical Training Instructor of 10 years.

I have a Masters in Health Science and Medicine from Bond University, where my Thesis was on ' The impact of backpack loads of school children' (which also has 2 published papers within it).

I also have a Bachelors in Education - Secondary and have been working as a High School PE teacher for the last 16 years.

I coordinate and deliver the Certificate III & IV in Fitness course to Y11 & 12 students and also developed the Athlete Development Training Program for the Y7-10 Students at our school.

I am a full time working mother of two beautiful boys - 19 & 17 years old and have a 7 month old Staffy puppy.

I still exercise every day - its my daily routine. I love my strength training at the gym 3 x week, I run 4 x week and complete in Trail Endurance events and Ocean Swim 2 x week (even in winter)
