I am Munesh, can call me Mun. I am currently an international student from the Fiji Islands, at Deakin University Burwood undergoing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
I am into Health and Wellness throughout the age groups and work in the medical field as a Physiotherapist for 9 years in Fiji from hospital, private and sporting field both grassroots to international level on a world stage.
I played rugby union and rugby league whilst in Fiji before I came to Australia. Currently, I play touch rugby for Deakin Dragons Mixed touch team. I am into functional compound training and explosive training which is more sports focused. Ensuring reduced chance of injury or injury management around the training problem with consideration from health professionals' consultation or advise with the protocols.
