A Bit About Me
Hi! My Name is Nicholas Galati. I am a Personal Trainer, and am currently working at Fitness First Barangaroo. I have been training in the gym since I was 12 years old. I am twenty now, and have never looked back. At seventeen I left Australia to pursue a career in professional football. I lived in England by myself for one year, playing for Bury Town FC, a semi-professional club. After suffering a career-ending hip injury, I had to have surgery. My goal as a PT is to aid the general population in preventing them from making the same mistakes I made in my early years at the gym that contributed to my hip injury. Educating as many people as possible about training and health is paramount to maintaining a healthy, injury-free, happy, long life.
