A Bit About Me
Former owner operator of fitness club for over 8 years .
Former owner operator of Garden centres Cairns to the Gold Coast for 25 years.
After a short break .. I missed the fitness scene so after studies I started teaching private Pilates and personal training at clients homes one on one. I then took on group fitness circuits , pilates, Bootcamps, fitness programs , seniors classes at various gyms across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
As a freestyle instructor I enjoy designing classes and incorporating music that I know people will love to make my classes unique and fun. Always have had a large following to my group fitness style which makes me feel blessed. Currently working at Club Lime Redcliffe ! The best club on the Northside.
