I have 15+ years experience in one-on-one personal training and small group PT training hundreds of clients in various types of training programs. My specialties are Fat Loss Metabolic Conditioning, Strength/Conditioning and Hypertrophy, Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning, Functional Fitness, HIIT, and bodyweight functional training.
