Originally, I am from the beautiful Bath in the UK, but have been living in Australia for the last 4 and a half years.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer, I have made it my mission to ensure that as much as within my power, no one else has to go through so much uncertainty and feelings of hopelessness. Training and nutrition does not have to be intimidating and stressful with the right support. I LOVE my job as a gym manager and personal trainer, because I get to help every day people in their every day lives and can change their worlds forever 😊
