Enthusiastic Professional High Performance Coach with experience in Athletics on international stage, including: Paralympic Games, World Championships, Commonwealth Games.
I have prepared and work with multiple athletes both in technical aspect of running and jumping events as well as physical preparation.
I have extensive experience working with various specialists from sports physicians, physiotherapists, exercises physiologist, biomechanist, psychologist, sport dietitians as part of my coaching job.
I have planned and conducted multiple rehabs, prehabs programs alongside medical specialists.
I specialise in correcting any inhibitions with the clients/athletes with cronic injury, limb defficiency and any coordination impairment.
