So lucky to have found Sharen on my fitness journey. She is an amazing PT who is warm, friendly and personable. After years of using other PTs and trying numerous fitness videos finally found someone who can really make a difference not just in general level of fitness but increased strength and toning. Sharen walks the talk and therefore can also give great nutritional advice. I can't believe how my overall mindset, attitude, and body strength has improved in 5 weeks. And more importantly for me, I've lost inches..... Sharen focuses on your goals and then makes them a reality!! I would definitely recommend Sharen

I started off working out with Sharen as my personal trainer about 6 weeks ago. I signed up for a 4-week kick start workouts twice a week. From the outset she was friendly, professional and above all, she knows her stuff! Sharen would always follow up with a message after each session to see how I was feeling. She is a genuine person who keeps things simple but is also tough, pushing you to improve your fitness level at each session. I would highly recommend her to anyone that would like to get back on track or needs more motivation to get up and go! KISS is the way to go!!!

I have trained with Sharen for some years now and can highly recommend Sharen as a PT Trainer. The PT sessions are never the same, with each session being different from the last session. Sharen offers a much personalised training session to suit each individual, as well as nutrition, tips by email and texts to keep you motivated and exercise programs to suit the individual I have had over the years had many personal trainers, but none who have managed to give me the confidence and the self belief that I can achieve whatever goals are that I set.

Sharen has been my PT for the past 4 years, coming to my house to train me in the early hours of the morning 2-3 times per week. Sharen has always been reliable and professional, keeping my training interesting and mixing things up so that I don't get bored and my body doesn't plateau. I started working with Sharen at a time of a lot of upheaval in my life. She was always flexible and able to work around me. She is very good at knowing when to push you more and when to let up. Thank you, Sharen Louise Ryan, for motivating me to start living again! Today was session number 13 with Sharen for me. My husband says I’m a different person! I am standing taller, moving easier, have more energy and feel great! Sharen’s style of training is real and sustainable. She knows when to push that little bit more, and when to take the foot off the gas. She listens to what you need/want and easily adjusts the session so you get the most out of it...which is important for more “experienced” bodies like mine!
