Dr. Shubhra Arora has been my personal trainer since March 2020. She has played a critical role in transforming my health and well-being. Her training style is unlike any other trainer; she knows when to pivot and challenge the training routine to get my best performance. The combination of cardio, stretching, balance, yoga, and strength training is uniquely designed for me. I have referred her to many of my friends and have seen excellent results in them. She's a "no excuses" trainer! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is willing to be consistent and do the work to transform. I tell people if you're not committed to change, she's not your trainer.

I highly recommend Shubhra Arora as a personal trainer. Shubhra has worked with me for the past twelve months, improving my strength, balance, co-ordination, body awareness, and overall health. As a result I have been able to take my skiing to the next level and well beyond my initial goal. My endurance as a swimmer and bush walker has improved, my cycling has become easier, and I have developed a new interest in yoga and pilates. Shubhra has always delivered a quality of service well above expectations and continues to inspire me with her creativity and enthusiasm when helping me achieve my goals.
