Hi, my name is Steve and I am the Director of Inspirational Health and Fitness. My wife and I started Inspirational Health & Fitness in 2010. My qualifications are Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. I specialise in weight loss, fitness, strength and conditioning, sports specific, circuits, group training, body building (Comp prep) and exercise prescription for all levels.
