A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Steven Eskaf, the founder of the RISE Method and your host on the RISE Method podcast. With a career spanning 14 years in the fitness industry, I've dedicated much of my life to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
I’m a registered Osteopath with a Master’s degree in Health Science. I opened my clinic in Melbourne and helped people get back to the things that they love doing the most.
During my time in the fitness space, I’ve been able to compete in Bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets, ran a Marathon, and dabbled in Crossfit, Olympic lifting, swimming and everything in between.
