I have known Tiff Berry for just under four years within my role as OM/CM. Tiff initially joined CL as a coach training all ages from 14 - 81 years of age. Her sessions were highly professional as was her attitude and demeaner within the venue. This was identified quickly and she moved directly into a head coach position. This role had her managing 4 coaches and personally developing their PT skills and class delivery whilst teaching them session planning. I have always found Tiff to be approachable both professionally and with club members. I woulb have no hesitation in recommending Tiff for any role with a venue from a coaching position - head coach or PT.
