A Bit About Me
I qualified as a Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer at CIT in 2016. I love seeing clients get fitter as they exercise more regularly and enjoy the wonderful outdoor sessions we have.
My passion for outdoor exercise has plenty of opportunities to vent itself here in the scenic landscapes of Tuross Head.
My sessions beside Coila Lake and the ocean cater for those who have not exercised for some time as well as more experience clients.
I look forward to meeting many new clients later in 2022.
