I'm a Freestyle Group Fitness Instructor with over 12 years industry experience. I obtained my Cert III in Fitness Exercise to Music at Box Hill TAFE in 1998. At present I teach Freestyle Step and a Free
Weights group fitness class (Chisel). I have also previously taught Hi-low Aerobics, BodyPump, TaiBox, Indoor Cycle Classes and HIIT classes.
