I have had an incredible experience training with Vance for the past 3 months. He is very knowledgeable, he properly evaluates your strengths and weaknesses to make you better and stronger. He likes to explain the importance of every move so that I know what I’m doing and why I’m doing it — which is super helpful. His obsession with form helps to keep me injury-free. His training sessions are normally intense, and fun. He is always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. My 45 min of training goes super fast and I enjoy doing it every week. If you’re ever thinking of working with a Personal Trainer!!! I will highly recommend Vance as a trainer! He is awesome and helpful.

Vance is extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to health and fitness. Having trained around him and with him, he has a great sense of care towards the trainees and approaches every trainee with great sense professionalism and care. His level of motivation and guidance certainly helps us push ourselves during the group training sessions whilst focussing on constant improvements. Definitely one of the best and top fitness professionals I have dealt with.

Vance is a consummate fitness professional - both when it comes to his students growth as well as his continuous pursuit of knowledge of the human body (strength, mobility and potential). Vance is deeply immersed in all things fitness: he has competed/mentored others in endurance events such as triathlons, trail running, obstacle course racing (winning most of the events he enters); he has been race director for many years for sporting events, as well as being highly qualified in coaching & physiotherapy & creating a community around him. There aren't many who don't recognize him in the SEQ fitness world and in Brisbane in particular! One could only wish to have him as their trainer.
