Miss Parker has been responsible for the running of specialist fitness, strength, balance and Tai Chi classes. She is very capable of taking clients through exercise plans and providing engaging activities that are relevant, appropriate and safe for each of the individual clients. I have found her to be a professional, capable, conscientious and punctual member of the team. A great asset is her ability to build an excellent rapport with clients and colleagues. This I have no doubt is due to her enthusiasm for her role. She has a particular affinity for our elderly clients who have a diagnosis of dementia and copes well in these situations.
