A Bit About Me
I Have been consistently training in gyms for around 8 years. I started competing in fitness/bodybuilding shows in 2017. I turned PRO athlete with the WBFF in 2018, and won the PRO show in 2019 and hold the title of “Miss WBFF Fitness Australia”.
I love nothing more than helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals. I practice what she preaches. I am enthusiastic and love everything fitness and health.
Basically, I know what it takes to achieve your physical goals you are striving for, whether you are a complete newbie to the gym or have been training for many years. I have learnt many things along the way from my own personal journey as well as training a variety of clientele.
