I've been exercising intensively since the age of 23, and even before then I was a keen surfer. Nowadays I enjoy jogging, bike-riding and fishing if I'm not spending time with my family. My current focus is directed on Aqua Aerobics as I love seeing just how much it benefits the elderly both physically and mentally.
