A Bit About Me
Most people call me Ed, and I've been in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years. I have a wide range of experience ranging from managing large teams of Personal Trainers with Fitness First, to running my own successful PT business.
I am the everyday trainer, and my nickname to my clients is the 'Smiling Assassin'. I like to make my sessions fun, so that my clients will work hard without really realising it, and so the session seem to run quickly.
I consider myself the everyday trainer, and by this I mean that I am not big and bulky, I am not worried about taking selfies in the gym, I just love to exercise and feel good. My main goal in the gym is to help make a difference to people's lives. I help people lose weight, gain muscle, perform better and most importantly, feel better.
