A Bit About Me
My name is Grant Currall and I am a Certified Rehabilitation Personal Trainer with a movement background in competitive Squash and Wing Chun Kung Fu.
I live in Perth, Western Australia with my partner Diane and our daughter, Sofie.
I run Move Play Lift to help a variety of people enjoy a better quality of life, by moving them efficiently to manage aches and promote confidence in their work and family life.
My own fitness journey began when my partner suffered a debilitating back injury due to sitting for long hours under high stress at work.
I have trained with Ian O'Dwyer, John Polly and physiotherapists Adam Floyd and Ulrik Larson in the Rehabilitation Essentials and Masterclass programs.
