I am a client-centred coach who focusses on the individual and not on fads and a one-size-fits all approach. I understand we are all different genetically, physically, behaviourally and emotionally and that our environment plays a significant role in our overall wellbeing. I use a personalised, holistic and collaborative approach with my clients to faciliate embedded, sustainable outcomes which is evidence-based, supported by 15 different sciences. What works for one client will not necessarily work for another - knowing this is pivotal as an effective and responsive coach. I have a particular interest in women's health & wellbeing, supported by a specialist certification in coaching women.
