A Bit About Me
At Kate Auld PT it's all about making the most of the OUTDOORS, fitting MOVEMENT into your day, supporting COMMUNITY & not being afraid to have a LAUGH.
Exercise needn't be tedious. I highly recommend you find what you LOVE to do - dance, garden, surf, yoga, kick a ball with your kids, social sport, boxing it out with me - whatever it is, do it.
Do it for your HEART, for your MIND, for your BODY. Do it for YOU!
If you want to lift, jump, roll, punch, skip, pull, run, recover, throw, sweat, slam, race, unwind, stretch ...or even PLAY!? Then I've got something for you. And I'll work closely with fellow health practitioners to help you move better.
I'm a three time National Touch League tournament player, a Pierre de Coubertin award recipient, world traveller and Sports Massage therapist - who is simply a country kid at heart.

Kate has been working with us since 23rd June 17. During this short period we have found Kate to be Punctual, Professional, Enthusiastic and a great member to our team. We are certain that Kate would be awesome at any role she turned her hand to. It is with great pleasure that we can supply a reference for this glowing diligent individual.

I was lucky enough to meet and train Kate in 2016 for our first ever Power Bands and Kettlebell certifications in Sydney. Kate is an extremely talented and knowledgeable trainer who isn't afraid to question the reasoning of a process and further break that down into how it will apply to her clientele. A very gifted trainer physically in being able to pick up a movement fast but also extremely quick at finding her own methods for teaching her clients. A very high quality trainer and one I highly recommend to anyone.

I am pleased to recommend the work of Kate Auld with assisting older people. After my mother had a major stroke Kate was critical in building up her strength and confidence. Kate was willing to do home visits which was very helpful. Kate worked hard to increase the strength and stamina of my elderly mother and I would recommend her work in assisting the rehabilitation of older people. Kate had a wide range of exercises and skills which she worked on with my mother, keeping things interesting, and adjusting the session as required.
