A Bit About Me
My passion for Pilates started nearly 20 years ago , enjoying both mat and reformer training. Dealing with Osteopaths in rehabilitation and prevention and having trained in the classical Pilates methods. I am passionate about technique and getting the most out of your training. Having worked through my own injuries in the past I am understanding of recovery and limitations. Working one on one or with groups I love to making working out fun. Recently finished my 200 hour Yoga training, I am looking forward to adding that to my offering.
