I have been trained by Brendon for over 12 months. Brendon has demonstrated a passion and enthusiasm for personal training unparalleled by other trainers I have been to in the past. Brendon has been a guest at Chisholm Catholic College for the past seven weeks. During that time he has taught the unit of Self Defence to our Yr 11 and 12 Classes. Brendon has delivered a fantastic program which the students have not only found challenging, but have also thoroughly enjoyed. Brendon was employed at Newmarket Gym on a casual basis between November 2007-2009. During this period Brendon performed many duties including: Sales and Marketing, assessing new members, providing instruction on equipment and movement, devise personal exercise programs, cleaning and maintenance and reception duties. Brendon performed these in a satisfactory and professional manner. He was always punctual and flexible with his availability.

Brendon has been taking bootcamp sessions for out staff for the past 12 weeks. Even though there were all levels of fitness in the classes, Brendon has catered for everybody. He pushed us to our own limits at each session. Even though the classes were tough, they were a lot of fun. I can say personally that my level of fitness has improved greatly in the 12 weeks and I have discovered muscles I never knew I had! I highly recommend Brendon for any personal training requirements.
