A Bit About Me
Dance and fitness have been lifelong passions of mine.
In 2011, I discovered Zumba® Fitness, and everything clicked. By October 2012, I became a licensed instructor.
I’m now licensed in seven Zumba® specialties, with a strong passion for Aqua Zumba® & Zumba Gold. I love the energy, the music, and the joy it brings to people of all ages and abilities. As I continue to grow professionally, I’m expanding my focus to include Zumba Gold®, designed for active older adults and those new to fitness. I'm also progressing toward teaching seated movement classes in aged care settings—making fitness more inclusive and accessible.
In addition to my group fitness qualifications, I am a certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Management Coach. This allows me to support my clients more holistically—helping them not only move better but also feel better from the inside out.
My mission is to inspire others to enjoy movement, build confidence, and create long-term wellness—at every stage of life.

Carol can be summed up in one word, passionate. I have had the pleasure of watching Carol on her journey as a fitness professional and its been her passion that has carried her through to this day and allowed her to connect with people in a unique and fun way. You can see in all classes and activities she runs that she truly loves what she does and that draws people to her. Carol is also someone who never passes up the opportunity to learn something new and continue her growth as a true professional in this industry and I can only see her going from strength to strength.

Carol Baker has taken lots of my ZUMBA trainings and also workshops that I have presented for My Group Move. She is an instructor that keen to learn, which I love. The times I have seen her teaching she creates an amazing atmosphere, and deliver a great class to her participants.
