A Bit About Me
Hi, my name's Enoch and I am currently undertaking the master of Physiotherapy in Usyd. I finished my undergrad of sports and exercise in UC and started training people and help people get better physically & mentally since then.
I have a particular strong interest in running which I competed in long distance running, triathlon and cross country back in highschool. I built on my interest and started ultra marathon not long ago. I also interested to help with weight loss, strength and conditioning, specific sports performance plyometrics, rehabilitation & injury prevention and session for couples.
I can deliver session in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
