A Bit About Me

Hi, my name's Enoch and I am a hybird Physiotherapist and personal trainer. I finished my undergrad of sports and exercise in UC and started training people and help people get better physically & mentally since then. Later on, I completed the Master in physiotherapy and started to treat different conditions outside of sports.

I have a particular strong interest in running which I competed in long distance running, triathlon and cross country back in highschool. I have extended my interest and started ultra marathon not long ago and completed the UTA100 in 2025. I am also interested to help people with weight loss, strength and conditioning, specific sports performance plyometrics, rehabilitation & injury prevention and session for couples.

I can deliver session in English, Cantonese or Mandarin as you prefer.
