Hi
I’m Jan Nelson, owner of Mt Martha Personal Training, and I love living, working and playing on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
There is a lot more involved than lifting weights to keeping healthy and well. I like to empower my clients to improve movement and function, create healthy habits, build confidence and self esteem.
We can all feel much better with a good mix of physical activity, healthy diet, sleep, friendship and a healthy dose of fun.
My passion is to help people to be in the best shape they can be, making them become the happiest, healthiest, strongest version of themselves.
