We have been personal training clients of Jan Nelson's for over 3 years and we have found her to be an excellent trainer. We like that Jan customises her training sessions to meet the individual needs of each of her clients. We particularly like that she concentrates on ensuring that our technique is correct, to give us the maximum benefit of the exercises we are doing. Jan is always keeping up to date with new training regimes, especially for people who are over 50. Jan is always friendly and welcoming and never makes you feel like you can't achieve your goals. We would highly recommend Jan to anyone interested in finding a personal trainer.

Jan defines "Personal Training". she takes an holistic approach to figure out what you need and researches the most effective methods to create the right combination of exercises for maximum results. Jan is a thorough and conscientious trainer. Very sensitive and attuned to any issues / requirements of her clients ; easily designs programs and constant variety within their limits and objectives. Has an easy going and natural rapport with people and engagement style that puts you at ease whilst providing the encouragement and support for you to go further without " a bootcamp mentality" ! I have been training with Jan for the past 10 years. During this time I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable in relation to physical abilities and the human body. She is able to plan sessions that suit the individual in terms of physical needs, taking into account any injuries you may have and any personal goals you are wishing to achieve. Jan is efficient, friendly, motivating and flexible in her approach to personal training. I’ve been training with Jan Nelson since 2011. It was at this time at the age of 61 years, that JAN helped me to improve my fitness level so that I could pass the Victoria Police fitness test. I’m pleased to say in 2012 I achieved & passed the fitness level as required. I have continued my training with Jan through this journey.
