I just started going to the gym three years ago at the age of 63. Since day one of gym, I have personal training consistently with Tom and have made vast improvements. My objectives are longevity, muscle tone and posture, strength and conditioning. Some of Tom's outstanding PT characteristics are: his knowledge and attention to detail with his coaching. Also, his science based approach to training. Tom transmits his passion and energy levels and gives 100 percent attention every session and to every client. To whom it may concern, Thomas has trained me for the past 12 weeks and my results have been staggering. I had recently suffered a meniscus strain and have had limited mobility. With Thomas’ training regimen I have been able to redevelop strength in my leg and have increased my mobility to a higher level than before the injury. In the time Thomas has trained me I have also lost closed to 10kg’s and have won a 12 week challenge that I entered at work. The focus was on who lost the most weight. Thomas is the best personal trainer I've had since I started training 20 years ago. He's the only trainer who has been able to tailor a programme that suits my unique medical issues (back and neck problems). I've never had an injury in the three years he's been training me, unlike some of my previous trainers. He's been able to get me advanced in my fitness regime further than I ever thought would be possible in my late 50s. I've never been as fit or as healthy as I am today and it's due to Tom's advice, training and knowledge. He gives me the motivation to keep making myself better and I couldn't have done it without him.

Tom, has been an amazing trainer, when we started I came to him with a goal, not just physically but mentally too. Starting at a modest 15%BF Tom tailored a program to meet my goals and nutritional needs without it ever feeling like an impossible task, over the last couple of months, I have cut down to less than 9%BF as it stands, and hanged my mindset not just in my training but in my day to day life too. I’m now working overseas and yet still find time everyday to train, meditate and push myself while maintaining a healthy and strict nutritional schedule that has become second nature to me. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything. On the contrary, I feel like I’ve gained everything.
