Absolutely loved this course. It was a great opportunity to refine technique and learn how to cue each setup and movement. If you've the fortune of being instructed by Chaddy - be sure to ask plenty of questions - this man is a wealth of knowledge. Thanks PT Academy - I will be back for more!

I did the course several years ago now, however i found it very educational and pitched to the appropriate at the right level. The training day began with teaching us the basics skills of using in the TRX system and progressing into how we could incorporate the tool with out 1:1 clients and in a group session. I was happy and satisfied in what I got out of the course.

There was some technique content to start with and then we started straight into the exercises, the reasons and the contraindications. It was challenging and stimulating from a physical perspective and mentally rewarding from an information perspective. I would suggest the course to anyone who wants to broaden their knowledge and challenge their fitness.
